Return Policy

At Glow Nepal, we want customers to have a satisfactory shopping experience. Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products, returns are limited and subject to certain conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only in cases such as:

wrong item delivered
damaged item received
defective item received
missing item in the order

Return requests for these reasons should be made within a reasonable period after delivery, preferably within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

opened products
used products
products with broken seals after delivery
products damaged after customer handling
change-of-mind purchases
products requested specially for a customer, unless damaged or incorrect

This is especially important for cosmetic and skincare items.

Condition for Return

To be eligible for review, the item should be:

unused
in its original packaging where possible
accompanied by proof of purchase or order details
reported with clear explanation and, if needed, photos of the issue

How to Request a Return

Customers should contact Glow Nepal through the Contact Us page or other available support channel and provide:

order details
product name
reason for return
clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We may review the request before approving any return, replacement, or refund.

Replacement or Refund

If a return request is approved, Glow Nepal may offer one of the following depending on the situation:

replacement of the same item
exchange with another item
store credit
refund, where appropriate

The final resolution may depend on stock availability, product condition, and the nature of the issue.

Return Shipping

If the issue is due to an error on our side, such as wrong or damaged item delivery, we may assist with return arrangements or discuss the appropriate solution.

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by Glow Nepal, return or delivery charges may not be covered.

Important Note

Glow Nepal reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the conditions above.
